1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government ties. It does not store official files, retrieve a record for a visitor, perform an official check, or file court documents.

Its role is to identify the Gila County offices and Arizona systems that keep criminal records. Those include the Sheriff's Records Unit, criminal courts, the Arizona Department of Public Safety Central State Repository, and the Arizona DPS Sex Offender Registry. Outside tools may also be linked for research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use is permitted only on these conditions. A visitor must not:

• Use the website in violation of federal, Arizona, or local law
• Threaten, stalk, or harass anyone with information found here
• Use the content for a credit, employment, tenant, housing, or insurance decision
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account
• Operate scrapers, bots, or other automated tools against the pages
• Disrupt service or prevent another visitor from using the website

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No information found here or through a linked tool may be used to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against anyone. Such conduct may also be a crime. Arizona registry information exists to support public safety awareness. Gila County and AZDPS warn against threats, intimidation, harassment, or vigilantism directed at a listed person.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Gila County Criminal History is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It creates no credit report, consumer report, or official background check. Its advertising partners likewise do not provide a service here for an FCRA-regulated decision. A visitor agrees not to use website or linked-tool data to:

• Make an employment decision
• Evaluate a tenant or housing applicant
• Assess credit or insurance eligibility
• Determine eligibility for a license, permit, or benefit
• Carry out any other FCRA-regulated purpose

A legally required official check must use the proper Arizona Department of Public Safety channel or a qualified FCRA-compliant provider.

5. No Legal Advice

The content is not legal advice. General explanations of Gila County records cannot determine how a charge, conviction, warrant, sealing rule, or set-aside rule applies to one person. A licensed Arizona attorney can address that question.

6. No Warranties

All content is supplied "as is." No promise is made that:

• Partner search results will be complete or correct
• Every page is free from an error, bug, or security flaw
• The service will always remain available without interruption
• Information will be accurate, complete, and current at all times

Criminal records change as charges are filed, dismissed, sealed, set aside, or expunged. Gaps and delays are possible. Nothing published here is an official statement from a court, sheriff, AZDPS, or another agency.

Links may lead to a sheriff, court portal, Arizona agency, legal resource, or outside search service. Those destinations are independently operated. This website is not responsible for their content, fees, data practices, accuracy, or continued availability. Review the destination's terms before using it.

8. Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Gila County Criminal History or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, adapted, or used to create another work without prior written permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is not liable for damages arising from its use, including reliance on information found here or through a linked service.

10. Indemnification

A visitor agrees to hold the website harmless from claims, demands, or legal actions caused by that visitor's use or breach of these terms, including related legal costs.

11. Governing Law

Arizona law governs these terms. Any dispute tied to use of the website must be brought in an appropriate court within Arizona. Arizona Public Records Law and A.R.S. § 41-1750 govern public agencies and repository dissemination; they do not make this private resource an official custodian.

Access may be limited or ended at any time, for any reason, without advance notice.

14. Severability
